These Terms govern use of the website only. They do not replace, and are not part of, any Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or other written agreement between us and a client. Services are provided only under a separate signed agreement.

You may use this website for lawful purposes to learn about our services and contact us. You may not misuse the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to scrape or submit forms.

4. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, design, the ON CALL name and wordmark, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing. Third-party names, such as GoHighLevel, belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by GoHighLevel.

5. Accuracy and service descriptions

We try to keep information accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Service descriptions are general summaries; actual scope, pricing, and terms are defined in a written agreement. Phone-system compatibility is not guaranteed and is confirmed during onboarding.

We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, booked jobs, revenue, profit, or return on investment.
