1. Who sends these messages

Text messages under this program are sent by ON Call Automations LLC (On Call Automations), 105 George Bush Blvd, Delray Beach FL 33444.

2. How you consent

You opt in by checking one or both optional, unchecked SMS consent boxes on our website contact/audit form and submitting your phone number. Consent is not required to submit an inquiry, and entering a phone number alone does not opt you in to marketing texts.

3. Types of messages

Informational / conversational (if you check the informational box): responses to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates.
Promotional / marketing (only if you separately check the marketing box): offers and information about our services.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions with us.

6. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing oncallautomations@gmail.com.

10. Our clients' messaging is separate

Consent given on this website applies only to messages from ON Call Automations LLC. It does not authorize any HVAC, plumbing, or other client company that uses our services to text you. Each client's messaging brand, campaign, phone number, opt-in process, and consent records are handled separately under that client's own program.
