How it works

Simple on your end. Automatic when it matters.

You keep running jobs. When a call is missed, the system sends the caller a helpful text, asks a few simple questions, and lets your team know who needs a call back.

The everyday flow

A customer calls. You're busy and can't pick up. Within moments, an eligible caller gets a text from your business acknowledging the missed call and asking how you can help.

If they reply, the conversation continues with a few qualifying questions — what's going on, how urgent it is, where they're located. Your team is notified so a real person can step in, call back, and book the job.

Callers who reply STOP are opted out of further texts.

Example text

"Sorry we missed your call! This is [Your Company]. How can we help — is this urgent?"

Connection options

Three ways we can connect to your phones.

Conditional forwarding

If your current provider supports it, calls you don't answer can forward to a dedicated recovery number that we manage. That number triggers the follow-up text. You keep answering calls just like today.

Existing phone-system connection

Where supported, your phone provider can connect with our system to let it know about missed calls — no forwarding changes needed.

Full call routing

In some cases, calls can be routed through our call routing system first, then ring through to your team. You continue to receive and answer your calls, and missed ones are detected automatically.

The right option depends on your phone service, technical requirements, and compliance considerations. These methods don't work with every carrier or phone system — we confirm what's possible during your setup assessment.

Porting (moving) your phone number may be an option in some cases, but it's not always required. Many businesses keep their number exactly where it is.

What onboarding looks like

  1. 1

    Free audit

We learn about your call volume, phone provider, and how missed calls are handled today.

  2. 2

    Setup assessment

We confirm compatibility, choose the connection method, and review messaging eligibility and any required registrations.

  3. 3

    Build & test

We configure one standard recovery workflow, your messages, and team notifications — then test it.

  4. 4

    Go live & monitor

The system runs in the background. We monitor it monthly and handle reasonable adjustments.
